Do our processes need to be cleaned up before we start?
No. We meet your firm where it is. Rather than reengineering your operations first, we teach your team to apply AI to your workflows in their current state, then your team improves things incrementally from there.
Which AI tools do you train on?
We train primarily on Claude, with ChatGPT as an alternative if your firm already works in it, plus the AI built directly into QuickBooks Online for the accounting side. We match the mix to your firm, and the core skills, how to prompt, review, and apply AI safely, transfer across whatever you adopt.
Is it safe to use AI with client financial data?
It can be, with the right guardrails. A core part of the program is teaching your team what should and should not go into different tools, how to keep client information confidential, and how to review every output before it is used.
