    What happens if a lead doesn't respond to the automated sequence?

    After 7 touches over 14 days (email, SMS, voicemail), the system flags the lead as "unresponsive" and notifies you. You can choose to make a personal outreach attempt or move them to a long-term nurture campaign. Most leads respond by touch 3-4.
